美国SEC委员Peirce：SEC可以借鉴怀俄明州监管加密货币的方法:12月3日消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）委员Hester Peirce表示，SEC可以借鉴其他监管加密货币的方法，例如怀俄明州就是一个非常先进的监管地区。十月，俄明州银行业委员会批准了像Avanti和Kraken这样的加密公司的特许经营。在联邦层面，加密货币和区块链公司可能会花费大量金钱和时间等待SEC的监管决定，但却得不到他们想要的结果。Peirce表示，现有的监管框架可能无法容纳这样一个创新空间。(Cointelegraph)[2020/12/3 22:57:34]
